Before you put AI to work.
What we build, what stays with your team and how we get started.

What does Knot build?
We build and run workflows around the tools a business already uses: sales and customer service, finance and admin, connected reporting, and bookings and follow-ups. The scope starts with a specific job, its trusted sources, the people involved and a clear definition of done.
Is this self-serve software?
No. You work with Knot to map the process, connect the systems, test the awkward cases and run a controlled pilot. We agree who monitors it and what happens when a source or process changes.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
We start on Copilot: the system prepares work and a person reviews it. Approved sources, permission boundaries and escalation rules reduce risk, but no AI system is error-free. Wider permissions are agreed action by action after testing, and uncertain work is held for review.
Do we have to replace our software?
Usually the aim is to keep it. We check the available API, subscription, data quality and permissions before promising a connection. Logos on the site identify possible tools, not a claim that every integration is already installed or that the vendor is a partner.
Does it support WhatsApp and Instagram?
WhatsApp Business is the current messaging channel. Instagram DMs are not connected and we have not published a launch date. Any outbound messaging is separately scoped around current platform requirements, customer permissions and opt-outs. No provider can guarantee an account will never be restricted.
Does it send replies or confirm bookings automatically?
Not by default. Copilot prepares a reply or booking request for review. A booking is confirmed only when the responsible person or an explicitly authorised workflow completes it in the booking system. A suggested time and a confirmed appointment are different states.
What does it cost?
Published starting points are AED 12,000 for a paid operations audit, AED 70,000–280,000 for build sprints, and retainers from AED 19,000 per month. These are scope-dependent starting points, not an instant quote. We agree deliverables, operating support and third-party costs in writing before work starts.
How is the free audit different from the paid operations audit?
When the resource finder successfully reviews your website but finds no suitable article or tool, you can request a free initial workflow review as a PDF. It uses your public website and the context you provide, with follow-up questions if needed. A paid operations audit is deeper discovery with your team and systems. Requesting an initial call or free review does not commit you to paid work.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on access, the quality of the source information and the decisions involved. We agree the first scope, dependencies and acceptance checks before giving a delivery plan. A proposed sector example is not a promise of a ready-to-switch-on installation.
Can you connect procurement and accounting for reporting?
Yes. We scope a useful operating view across the systems, with matching keys, definitions, source timestamps and exception owners. The accounting ledger remains the financial source of truth; a reporting view does not authorise payments.
Can it make clinical, financial or compliance decisions?
Those decisions stay with authorised people. An administrative workflow can collect information, organise evidence and prepare a handover, with sensitive questions routed to the responsible team. The precise boundaries are agreed for the implementation.
What languages and regions do you work in?
English and Arabic, with Dubai and the UAE as the starting market. Other languages and regions need a scoping conversation. We test wording and escalation with the people who will operate the workflow.
Are the examples and testimonials real customer results?
The public workflow demos use illustrative records. The current portrait cards are labelled fictional previews. Knot has not published verified customer case studies or independent ratings. The demos explain the intended work; they are not proof of measured savings or conversion improvements.
How do we know the workflow is useful?
Agree a baseline and acceptance checks before the pilot. Measure completed handovers, missing information, review effort, errors and recovery, using a representative sample. A capacity estimate is a planning assumption until the results are measured in your operation.
What happens to the information I submit here?
The resource finder reads the public website and context you submit to recommend resources. Call and audit requests go to the Knot team by email. Avoid confidential information in the public finder. Our legal and privacy page describes the providers, storage and follow-up.
