- Assistant: I’ve sent the request to reception. They’ll confirm the appointment with you.
The right appointment, with the right person.
Service, duration and staff preference reach the diary together. A change is confirmed only when the booking system accepts it.
Understand the service
Use the approved service menu and ask about the details that affect duration.
Find the fit
Check staff, timing and any preparation requirements in the booking system.
Manage a change
Capture a reschedule request and make the previous and proposed slots clear to reception.
Your team stays in control.
Final prices, staff availability and booking changes use your approved rules. Automated reminders, rebooking and cancelled-slot campaigns need a separate scope.
Connections and setup
The example shows a proposed workflow. Connections, permissions and acceptance checks are agreed for your systems before a pilot.
API access and your plan determine what can be connected. Tool logos identify possible systems, not a partnership.

Who stays in control?
We start with supervised work: Knot prepares, a named person reviews. Any permission to send, book or update a record is agreed action by action and tested before it is enabled.
Can we keep our existing software?
That is the starting point. We check API access, your subscription, permissions and the records the workflow needs. A logo here identifies a possible tool, not a preinstalled connector or a formal partnership.
Does it handle Instagram messages?
Instagram DMs are not currently connected. This example uses WhatsApp. We agree supported channels before the pilot.
